Clover Health Services offers well-paying job opportunities to highly skilled contract nurses, enabling them to earn top pay and learn new skills. We are currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Sourcer who will make an important contribution to our dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Use of the internet to source active and passive candidates including tools such as Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Source prospects from Clover proprietary database.
• Generate leads and evaluate candidate profile(s) and ensure they meet hiring specifications/requirements.
• Use the most effective sourcing channels to fill the identified positions as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with Clover Leadership, Account Managers and Recruiters to develop and implement recruitment strategies to target top and diverse talents.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Healthcare and Travel Nursing Recruitment industry (required).
• Sourcing and candidate management.
• Strong experience using ATS and/or CRM tools, managing and updating candidate data, and generating reports.
• 2+ years of experience sourcing top-tier nurses/travel nurses in an agency or hospital setting
• Internet and social media savvy with established networks in both traditional and non-traditional social media platforms.
• A minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience is required.
• Experience with an ATS system.
• Demonstrated success in use of social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter to drive company branding develop candidate pipelines.
