Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Hardware IT Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory/market. o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

(e.g., IT managers, decision-makers, Dealers, Retailers and channel partners).

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Product Expertise:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT networking products, including:
  • Active Networking: Switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, load balancers, VPN solutions.
  • Passive Networking: Cabling infrastructure, racks, enclosures, power distribution units (PDUs).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance data (e.g., sales pipeline, forecasts, win/loss analysis).
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with Parental Company (Production Company) team members, marketing, and technical support teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on networking products.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs).

  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer relationship building skills.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
