Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Minimum of 2+ years of work experience as a Compliance Officer.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• Independent thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and patience in handling multiple client demand and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a monotonous job role with good attention to detail.
• Check the status of shifts and match them on Bank Staff.
• Make necessary amendments like cancellation, booking, creating, or recalling shifts.
• Submit successful and unsuccessful shifts as per the status.
• Upload the updated sheet on the server.
• Raise queries to AVP or Client SPOC.
• Manage day-to-day rota and ensure shifts are covered as per clients expectations.
• Cover shifts as needed if the team is unable to cover the rota due to unavoidable reasons.

Rota Timings:

• UK Timings: 02:30 to 12:00, 05:00 to 14:30, 08:00 to 17:30, 10:00 to 19:30, 19:00 to 03:00
• IST During Day Light Savings: 07:00 to 16:30, 09:30 to 19:00, 12:30 to 22:00, 14:30 to 00:00, 11:30 to 07:30
• IST Post Day Light Savings: 08:00 to 17:30, 10:30 to 20:00, 13:30 to 23:00, 15:30 to 01:00, 12:30 to 08:30

Additional Information:

• Probation Period: Six months with only medical emergency leaves permitted.
• Training: Two-week comprehensive training program.
• Leaves: No leaves during Indian & UK bank holidays.
• Comp Offs: 3 comp offs for Indian bank holidays (26th Jan, 15th Aug, 2nd Oct) to be utilized within 3 months.
• Administrative Tasks: Repetitive tasks requiring proactiveness and attention to detail.
• Allowances: No additional allowances except travel allowance based on km.
• Weekly Offs: Rotational based on rota, weekends may be working if rota permits.
• Other Allowances: Travel allowance based on km
