Compliance Manager + HR

Role & responsibilities

Handling social compliance audits, liaison with compliance auditors, Statutory Compliance Management, Liaising with Government officials, Sound knowledge on PF and ESIC, Well versed in Recruitment , Payroll Management, Personnel and HR Management, Plant level General activities etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Preference will be given to the candidate having exposer of Social Audits, Environmentel Audit & Security Audits. ex( SLCP, BSCI,FEM, FSLM, CT-PAT)

Minimum 5 years of experience in any reputed company.

Football, Shoe, & Bags industry
