Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project-related compliance, including BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) and CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition) requirements.
• Maintain and update all required registers and records as per legal standards.
• Oversee statutory payments, including ESI, LWF, PF, and PT, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure all necessary registrations and renewals are obtained and maintained by central, state, and local authorities.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and ensure the organization meets all obligations related to site labor management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA in HR or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and government regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
