Job Description
- To manage the Compliance Tool
- To set up a process, keep a track of all the compliance updates, follow up and ensure that the updates are made in a timely manner
- Constantly report to management concerning the organizations compliance with laws and regulations.
- Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations, action plans and follow up on action plans.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
- Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.
- Should have expert knowledge in PPT/Excel and Reporting
- Expertise in international laws will be an added advantage
