Job Location: Thane (At client site)

Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Electrical

Experience Required: Minimum 2 yrs

CTC to be offered: 2 LPA to 3.25 LPA

Job Description:

Key Competencies:

• Diploma Holder With 2-3 years of experience in Engineering Operations & Maintenance.
• Effective Team Player.
• Sound Maintenance Related Job Knowledge on HVAC, DG set, UPS, transformers, Chiller plant, HT panel, LT Panel, fire system, BMS system, etc.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of Client & own staff.
• Ability to train the team subordinates for service delivery in-line with SLAs & KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Performance Measures:

1. Closure of Complaints by meeting SLAs contractors.
2. Ensure PPM compliance as per SLA.
3. Timely delivery of daily Reports, Logbooks & other reporting
4. Demonstrate continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring smooth operation of MEP Equipment on day-to-day basis

2. Track the PPM as per PPM calendar.

3. Trend monitoring of critical process parameters.

4. Trouble shooting for equipment faults.

5. Maintain polite communication with internal & external customers.

6. Maintain self-grooming, uniform etiquettes, and use the recommended PPEs.

7. Ensure all actions are taken for the safety of clients premises, equipment and all personnel. Report any unsafe conditions immediately and coordinate with HSE team.
