Role & responsibilities

For a LISTED COMPANY having registered office at Petlad, Dist. Anand. Should be a qualified Company Secretary with atleast 4 to 7 years of experience, should be qualified enough to independently comply with all Company Secretarial work of a listed Company. Should be fully conversant with SEBI & stock exchange Regulation, must be exposed to Secretarial work of a listed Company, for atleast 1 to 2 years. Experience in legal matter will be an added advantage.
