Program Coordinator

Role & responsibilities Job Brief We are looking for a skilled MPS Program Coordinator to undertake a project of day-to-day activities and follow-up & coordination tasks. will be an integral part of ensuring that our program operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities. An organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that Division operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. Duties • Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for, a project or specific set of tasks related to a function or program or department/business unit. • Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties. • Serves as a principal source of information on established unit/project/program policies. • Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports, and other material using word processing, spreadsheets, and/or databases. • Prepares and maintains Project/Program records (such as financial, Transactions) and reviews complex documents, reports, etc., to assure compliance with customer requirements. • Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the division. • May monitor and reconcile Transactions (s) including payment, maintains financial documentation, and provides information, research, statistics, and analysis. Makes recommendations on revenue towards a defined budget. • Contributes to Division goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
