Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelors in engineering with 10 + years of work experience in a medium volume /mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on PFMEA, DFMEA & DFM

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience in product troubleshooting with proper RCA’s to conclude a failure mode
• Sig sigma background & Proficiency in SAP
• Develop Work instructions and line balancing to achieve optimum efficiency during manufacturing
• Must have hands on experience in design tools like Solid works/AutoCAD. Such as to design & Develop new tools/fixtures to ease manufacturing.
• Additional experience in new product introduction process or new product design or Cost reduction initiatives would be desirable.
• People management skills and have potential for strong leadership development
• RF background would be desirable
