A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to identify and implement improvements.
Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor strategies and trends within the real estate industry to stay competitive.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads (3-6 years).
Google Ads certification is a strong plus.
