Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Food Technology or a related field
Experience: 4+ years in food production or manufacturing, preferably in the snack/biscuit industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Executive to join our team in an overseas snack and biscuit manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and adhering to food safety standards. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background in food manufacturing and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet company targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
2. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures during production.
3. Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Team Management:
• Supervise and train production staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
5. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, FSSC, or other applicable standards).
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present production reports, including output, downtime, and wastage metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of snack/biscuit manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
• Proficiency in production planning and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities.
