Function: Sales, Marketing & Customer Relationship Management
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Gurgaon
**Note- The position is to hire an apprenticeship who will be given an opportunity to get on the Job Training in the domain of Sales, Marketing & Customer Enablement for the duration of 12 months
About the Role
This role may give an exposure in:-
Customer relationship management that is to understand Customer queries and disputes, how to provide resolution.
Effectively and regularly communication with customer and stakeholders.
Interact with Colt customers and understand the service and business impact.
Marketing Analytics where in they support with Sales Reporting and Analytics
Quoting where in they understand the Colt's potential customer's/ sales team's requirements and produce price quotes
Qualifications
Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Marketing is Preferred
