Role Purpose

Purpose of the role is to do data analysis, billing assurance & bill run confirmation activities and to support internal & external audits within the Billing Governance team.

The role requires good knowledge of billing operational processes, order management and finance systems (Kenan, Siebel, SAP) in order to highlight any deviation between the systems and get them fixed in time.

The role also requires to work in close cooperation with stakeholders like Finance, IT, Sales, Customer Relationship Manager as well as Billing internal teams.

Key Accountabilities

Reconcile, validate and analyse OMS & Billing data and highlight any deviations
Switch Revenue Assurance.
Regular monitoring of KPIs, Dashboards, and timely action on variances/gaps if any.
External Audit to meet the requirements.
Control vendor invoices, manage disputes and provide pre-approval for payment
Prepare reports and graphs as and when required.
Provide innovative ideas for effort reduction, automation and process improvements.
