Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in New Delhi. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining the sales and service network for Colt Equipment s compressors, ensuring trouble-free operation of the products. The day-to-day tasks will include customer relationship management, product demonstrations, sales inquiries handling, and coordinating with the manufacturing team.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Technical knowledge of compressors and industrial applications
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in the compressor industry is a plus
