Key Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Attend to walk-in customers as well as online leads, understand their requirements, and co-ordinate with the sales team accordingly.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Sales & Business Development

• Create and implement business strategies to attract new customers and increase store traffic.
• Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays to enhance customer engagement.

Store Operations & Administration

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client data using Excel sheets and Google Forms, ensuring data is updated representative-wise.

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards within the store.
• Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
