Client Relations, Analyst

The Client Relations team is responsible for ensuring that our Clients investor records are captured and maintained within Colmore s systems, in order for the investors to be able to see their investments, access fund reporting and receive associated payments.

As a Client Relations Analyst you will be responsible for creating / maintaining investor profiles in Helios, updating investor contact and banking details in Colmore s accounting system, uploading investor documents to portals and managing client queries related to their investors.
