Position: Senior Facility Executive (On rolls of Colliers)

Job Role:

Ensure the effective design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of a buildings mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and compliant with safety standards. These systems are crucial to the comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of a building, and their operations

Desired Role:

1. MEP Operations:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, including HVAC.
• Ensure optimal functioning of all MEP systems within the commercial building.
2. Preventive Maintenance:
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
3. Energy Management:
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
• Ensure systems comply with energy efficiency standards and guidelines.
4. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, statutory guidelines, and local regulations related to MEP systems.
5. Vendor and Contractor Management:
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Evaluate and negotiate service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality work.
6. Budgeting and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of MEP assets, inspections, repairs, and energy consumption.
7. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
• Respond promptly to MEP-related issues or breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults efficiently.
8. Project Support:
• Assist in new projects, renovations, and upgrades to existing MEP systems.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
