Data Admin Leader (Lease Admin) | Bangalore

Manage all staff related issues, holiday cover, sickleave cover etc
Assign DAT tasks to the appropriate staff for efficient completion
Develop comprehensive knowledge of all tasks performed by the DAT Team
Communicate with queries and issues with Director - Operations in timely manner for resolution
Report job processing stats to Director - Operations monthly
Attend fortnightly check-in meeings with Director - Operations and Director - ESSC
Perform DAT Tasks to assist the teams complete tasks in a timely manner
Maintain all SOP documents, documenting changes to process and or any new processes to be performed.
Submitting changes to SOP to the Director - Operations for approval
Ensure the Quality of work performed by team by implementing QA controls
Ensure the team meet all deadlines set by Director - Operations
