UI UX Designer

What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of UI/UX design experience.
A strong understanding of the balance between design and business goals.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figjam & Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiarity with data and user analytics to make informed design decisions.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and user empathy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to present and advocate for your designs.
Attention to detail, delivering pixel-perfect designs that meet business and user needs.

What You'll do
Design with Purpose: Lead the end-to-end design process for Users and Company platforms, creating intuitive, clean, and impactful designs that deliver value for both users and the business.
Balance Design: Understand how to create designs that not only look and feel great but
also align with business objectives. You'll make design decisions that serve both user needs and business outcomes.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the product team, stakeholders, and fellow designers to craft seamless design solutions that align with the overall product vision.
User Research & Empathy: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand the end-users and design with empathy, ensuring your work solves real problems.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage tools like Google Analytics to inform your design choices, ensuring decisions are backed by data and insights.
Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, iterating based on feedback from users and stakeholders to refine your designs.
Responsive Design: Ensure your designs deliver a consistent and seamless experience across all devicesdesktop, mobile, and tablet.
Iterate & Improve: Continuously improve existing designs based on feedback, research, and data, always striving to enhance the user experience.
