Managing candidate databases and records.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Adhering to pre and post-sales procedures.
Collaborating actively as a team player to drive sales.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in sales techniques.
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
A genuine passion for sales along with Good Communication skills
Adaptability and a willingness to thrive in a competitive environment.
