Collection Executive, Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage loan collection process from initial stages to final recovery.
  
• Conduct field collections, cash collections, and debt recoveries as per company policies.
  
• Identify and resolve customer queries related to loan payments and recoveries.
  
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers for smooth debt management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the system.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in collection management or a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of collections process, including payment collection, debt collection, loans collection, loan recovery, cash collection, debt management, payment recovery, and payment follow-up.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls or visits.
