We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in strategizing and executing digital campaigns, leveraging data analytics, and driving measurable business growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, optimize online presence, and boost lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Identify target audiences and develop strategies to effectively engage and convert them.
Plan and manage targeted campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and personas.
Oversee paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Develop and maintain campaign calendars to ensure timely execution aligned with marketing objectives.
Marketing Automation
Implement and refine workflows in marketing automation platforms.
Create and maintain lead scoring models for audience segmentation and personalized user experiences.
Automate repetitive marketing tasks, including lead nurturing, email drip campaigns, and event follow-ups.
Ensure seamless integration of automation platforms with CRM systems for data flow and campaign tracking.
Monitor and adjust automated workflows based on performance metrics and engagement.
Content & SEO
Plan, create, and manage diverse content types (text, graphics, GIFs, and videos) for blogs, websites, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and SEO best practices.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to enhance search engine rankings.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
Evaluate campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion rates, ROI) to identify areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for increasing engagement and optimizing campaign efficiency.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Partner with the design and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding across campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and pipelines.
Work with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to implement cohesive marketing strategies.
Innovation & Trends
Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, including AI tools, new advertising platforms, and industry standards.
Identify emerging tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and ROI.
Experiment with new digital channels and automation techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelors degree in Technology, Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation and campaign management.
Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
Proven track record in managing SEO/SEM strategies and social media advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in marketing automation.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Familiarity with APIs and platform integrations for enhanced automation.
Experience in managing complex multi-segment marketing workflows.
Background in Edtech Marketing is a plus.
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
