CoinFantasy - Fund Accountant/Analyst (3-5 yrs)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Fund Accountant/Analyst with expertise in US GAAP accounting, to join our team and play a key role in shaping our financial strategy.

What You'll Do

- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and manage all financial reporting requirements.

- Drive financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Oversee fund accounting activities, including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support fund performance evaluation and investor communications.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with leadership teams to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.

- Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate finance within a multi-entity structure

- Strong expertise in US GAAP and US accounting practices.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

- Solid understanding of venture capital or private equity fund structures and operations.

- Attention to detail, quick learner and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Experience in the Web3 space is a plus but not mandatory.
