Job Description
- to build a pipeline for the business team
- * Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- * Cross sell existing products via calling existing users and prospects
- * Assist onboarding of HNI/Enterprise users with respect to documentation
- * Assist in maintaining and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with accurate and up-to-date information
- * Acting as a bridge to pass on Customer Feedback to internal stakeholders so as to bring in any key product changes * Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing correspondence
- * Reviewing product penetration for the assigned users and deepen the existing relationships by cross-selling CoinDCXs other product and servicesYou will be mining through these tasks
- * Minimum 0-1 years experience in Business Development or currently enrolled/graduated in a Master s/Bachelor s degree program
- * Have a business first mindset while speaking to customers
- * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with customer service orientation
- * Good Analytical skills
- * Self-driven and highly ambitious
- * Results-oriented & the ability to handle pressure * Quick learner
- * Knowledge of financial markets, products & competitor offerings to assist in meaningful dialogue with clients is preferredAre you the one? Our missing block
