Inside CoinDCX s Governance, Risk & Compliance Team Our Governance, Risk & Compliance team ensures that CoinDCX operates within a robust framework of governance and risk management. We safeguard the company s operations by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. If you re detail-oriented and passionate about governance, join us in protecting the integrity and reputation of CoinDCX. You will be mining through these tasks Ensuring compliance with FATFs Travel Rule for VDA transfers, including management of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) requests for VDA transactions. Creating and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) to monitor and report on VDA-related activities and risks. Performing and/or ensuring periodic reporting of VDA transaction monitoring activities and performance metrics. Performing and/or ensuring the timely allocation and escalation of alerts related to VDA transactions and trade surveillance. Performing and/or ensuring quality checks on VDA-related transaction monitoring and trade surveillance processes. Extensive investigations for money laundering / terrorist financing which may potentially lead to Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR). Adhoc initiatives such as proposing amendments to policies and procedures, delivering related training to relevant internal stakeholders Recommending and driving process change and improvements.. Conducting or actively participating in team-building and engagement activities to promote a cohesive and effective compliance function. You need to be a HODLer of these Excellent communication skills Graduate and previous experience of minimum 1 year in a similar role.
