Sr. Performance Test Engineer

• Design and Implement Performance Test Plan and estimation.

• Understand and analyze system/applications usage under the test.

• Analyze the system resources under the test along with service/application behavior during the test and ability to document it with explanation for the stakeholders.

• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.

• Identifying memory leakage, connection issues Bottleneck problem in the application.

• Create performance test scripts identify different load test scenarios

• 2 - 4 years of experience in performance testing, Should be able to independently prepare performance test strategies and build test plans

• Experience with Performance Testing tools like JMeter, Locust, Gatling, HP LoadRunner, IBM Performance Center, Silk Performer

• Good skills in analysis diagnosis of performance reports

• Need to possess strong skills in scripting languages like Python, Shell scripting.

• Experience in writing load test scripts for different load test scenarios.

• Familiarity with QA processes across the whole SDLC: requirements setting, design, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, support

• Effectively Communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings. Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Jira, Sprint

Good to Have:

• Integration of performance suites with CI-CD technologies

• Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts and cryptocurrency will be an added advantage

• Working in a growing start-up environment

• Experience in fintech domain will be another added advantage
