Job Summary :

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of web applications using Python and React. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design while mentoring junior team members. Your expertise will help us maintain a robust and scalable architecture that meets our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using Python and React

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices across the team.

- Review code and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and efficiency.

2. Team Management :

- Mentor and support team members in their professional development.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.

- Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and define project timelines.

3. Project Oversight :

- Drive the technical direction of projects, making architectural decisions to optimize performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project timelines and deadlines.

4. Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to align on project requirements and objectives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes.

5. Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development practices.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Full stack development experience with focus on Frontend technologies especially react.js

- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Python and React.

- Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

- Strong understanding of web development technologies and frameworks (e.g., RESTful APIs, databases, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
