We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team across multiple departments, including Content Writing, Human Resources (HR), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Voice Process, and Chat Support, Admin. Available Roles & Responsibilities

1. Content Writer

• Research and write engaging, plagiarism-free content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media platforms.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain quality and consistency.

2. Human Resources (HR)

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Support HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
• Monitor website rankings and implement SEO strategies.
• Work on link-building, technical SEO, and analytics reports.

4. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive

• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Track social media trends and analyze campaign performance.
• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to boost brand visibility.

5. Voice Process Executive

• Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls professionally.
• Provide product/service information and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain call logs and improve customer satisfaction.

6. Chat Support Executive

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer concerns.
• Maintain customer interaction records and ensure issue resolution.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Fresh graduates (Any stream) or candidates with 0-1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (for SEO & SMM roles).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Good writing skills (for Content Writer role).
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach (for Voice & Chat Support).
• Knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms is a plus.
