Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders from management and business groups to understand needs, requirements, and ideate software-centric solutions.
- Plan, lead, and deliver software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, project plans, test scenarios, timelines, and success criteria.
- Oversee the design, architecture, and solution development for software projects.
- Work closely with partners and/or internal engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of planned projects.
- Education : B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.
- Candidates with related graduation and strong experience/credentials are encouraged to apply.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 7+ years in project leadership focusing on technology, architecture, and delivery.
- Expertise in web development, backend development, and integration:
- Frontend : JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular, HTML5, CSS/CSS3 (RWD paradigm), jQuery.
- Backend : Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST/JSON.
- Integration : MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, REST services.
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX development, defining information architecture, and advocating web interaction design best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on code development, review, and support duties.
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and status reports to keep clients and stakeholders informed.
- Implement and practice agile methodologies across all project phases: Planning, Execution, Reporting, and Closure.
- Ensure adherence to quality and process standards for all project deliverables.
- Manage resource allocation, task assignment, and risk mitigation to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and report project metrics effectively.
