Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in our Home Loan Division, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partners and driving growth. You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) and channel partners to strengthen our distribution network.


Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, evaluate, and acquire high-quality DSAs and channel partners across various regions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaborations.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
    • Streamline the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
    • Provide comprehensive training and support to partners on our products, policies, and systems.
    • Develop and implement effective partner management strategies to optimize performance.
    • Drive sales and revenue growth by motivating and empowering partners to achieve their targets.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the home loan market and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
