We are seeking a highly skilled MIS (Management Information Systems) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. As an MIS Analyst, you will primarily work with various data tools and platforms to extract, transform, and present data in a meaningful way. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop efficient solutions.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across different systems and databases.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics and MIS.
• Provide training and support to users on data tools and platforms.

Requirements :

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics, SQL, or programming languages would be a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
