Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder based in Hyderabad to build and maintain Anaplan financial models. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis within a corporate finance environment, with additional experience in the SaaS industry being beneficial. The role requires a deep understanding of FP&A processes, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining Anaplan systems. The candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with finance teams and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders to understand their FP&A processes, challenges, and system requirements. Analyze and document needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and suggest system enhancements to optimize financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
• IT Solution Design:
  Work with technical teams and vendors to translate business finance requirements into system solutions. Design, configure, and implement tools and systems that support financial activities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• System Implementation and Integration:
  Collaborate with technical teams to deploy and integrate FP&A systems. Ensure smooth implementation, integration with other finance and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Data Management and Reporting:
  Define data requirements for FP&A processes and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop reports and dashboards that provide key financial insights for stakeholders. Implement data validation and quality control measures.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and system optimization to enhance financial analysis and reporting. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
• User Training and Support:
  Provide training and support to finance teams and end-users on effective use of FP&A systems. Conduct training sessions, create user documentation, and address user queries to facilitate smooth system adoption and usage.
• Compliance and Security:
  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security requirements. Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data and maintain data privacy.
• Production Support:
  Manage production support by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring the continuous smooth functioning of the financial systems.
