Salesforce Functional Testing

JD-

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute functional test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce features, including customizations, integrations, and workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using [bug tracking tool].
• Validate data integrity and ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities.
• Provide detailed test reports and communicate test results to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices in functional testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in functional testing of Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
