Sr Product Specialist - Tech

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 9 years of experience in Finacle and Finacle Core along with domain expertise in Finance & Accounting. The role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial product offerings and ensuring seamless integration with our core banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and customization of Finacle Core banking solutions to meet client requirements.

Oversee the integration of Finacle with existing financial systems to ensure seamless operations.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Finacle-related issues to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for new features.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Finacle implementations.

Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Finacle solutions.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations processes and procedures.

Participate in regular review meetings to assess project progress and address any challenges.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Finacle implementations.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of financial products and services.

Support the development of new financial products by leveraging expertise in Finacle and Finance & Accounting.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Finacle solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Finacle and Finacle Core.

Demonstrate expertise in Finance & Accounting domain.

Have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans.

Display ability to conduct effective training sessions.

Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
