Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Oversee the administration of SAP BTP to support business processes and innovation.

Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA Administration to maintain high availability and disaster recovery.

Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Administer SAP Basis to support the technical infrastructure and application landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Conduct system performance tuning and optimization to enhance efficiency.

Develop and enforce best practices for SAP system administration and maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime.

Implement security measures to protect SAP systems from vulnerabilities.

Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues.

Document technical specifications and procedures for future reference.

Provide training and support to junior team members to build internal capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Administration demonstrating hands-on experience.

Have extensive experience in SAP BTP Administration showcasing the ability to manage cloud-based platforms.

Demonstrate proficiency in SAP HANA Administration with a focus on performance and reliability.

Exhibit expertise in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring seamless system integration.

Show a solid understanding of SAP Basis Administration supporting the overall technical infrastructure.

Nice to have experience in Brand Market Intelligence Planning adding value to business insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to document technical processes clearly and concisely for future reference.

Proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.

Experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative environment.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade
