Associate - Projects

We are seeking a dedicated Product Test Specialist with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday HCM and User Access & Identity Management. This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive testing of Workday HCM modules to ensure functionality and performance.

Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for various product features.

Identify document and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.

Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.

Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any areas of concern.

Ensure compliance with User Access & Identity Management protocols during testing processes.

Participate in requirement review sessions to provide input from a testing perspective.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of products.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and testing methodologies.

Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts for continuous integration.

Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM and its various modules.

Have experience in User Access & Identity Management and related security protocols.

Demonstrate proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.

Show excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Have a keen eye for detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate reporting.

Be familiar with automated testing tools and continuous integration processes.

Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Have experience with defect tracking tools and methodologies.

Show a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing processes.

Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
