Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 4 to 15 years of experience in Primary - IBM SVC XtremIO Pure Storage Netapp and Secondary - Nimble HP SToreonce . The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the companys success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IBM SVC infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of storage solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM SVC related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Implement security measures to protect data and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on infrastructure performance.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in IBM SVC and related technologies.
• Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Have a solid understanding of storage solutions and infrastructure management.
• Show proficiency in implementing and maintaining security measures.
• Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Be capable of working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
• Have a proactive approach to monitoring and addressing system performance issues.

Certifications Required

IBM Certified Specialist - SAN Volume Controller V7.8 or later
