Sr. Manager - Projects

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Accessibility Consulting Advisory Skills and Supply Chain Management. This hybrid role requires strong project management capabilities to drive successful outcomes. The candidate will work primarily during the day shift and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.

Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Provide expert guidance on Accessibility Consulting to ensure all projects meet accessibility standards.

Utilize Advisory Skills to offer strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Manage Supply Chain Management projects optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.

Implement best practices in project management to enhance project outcomes and team performance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Foster a collaborative environment to encourage team participation and innovation.

Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on Accessibility Consulting Advisory Skills and Supply Chain Management.

Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and guide project teams.

Exhibit proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Show a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Have experience in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.

Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Hold a relevant certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent.

Nice to have domain experience in Supply Chain Management to enhance project outcomes.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.

Have a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in project management.
