Manager - Projects

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 15 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Playwright JavaScript Core Java WireMock Pact Karate Postman and soapUI. Experience in Multi Channel domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Playwright JavaScript and Core Java.

Oversee the integration of testing frameworks such as WireMock Pact Karate Postman and soapUI to ensure robust and reliable software.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and maintain architectural documentation ensuring clarity and consistency across projects.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and development processes.

Implement and manage automated testing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.

Ensure the scalability and performance of software solutions through effective design and optimization techniques.

Participate in technical discussions and provide insights to influence architectural decisions.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production environments ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on users.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Playwright JavaScript and Core Java.

Demonstrate proficiency in using WireMock Pact Karate Postman and soapUI for testing and integration.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

Show experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance software solutions.

Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Experience in Multi Channel domains is a plus.

Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of software quality and performance.

Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive architectural documentation.

Certifications Required
