Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Java Microservices and Oracle Billing and Revenue Management. This role requires domain expertise in Telecom Domain. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Scoping and Architecting full solution implementations for Billing Revenue Management Transformation on Oracle BRM stack including BRM PDC ECE and OCOMC and integrations to other BSS systems
Practical understanding of Architectural Principles Industry standards best practices along with a pragmatic approach to business IT change management
Drive Architecture Design Forums articulate to IT and Business Stakeholders on Design Decisions and Implementation
Manage customer expectations of project scope stakeholder roles and responsibilities and the change management process
Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders understand and capture their business needs and work with delivery team colleagues to define matching solution deliverables
Enforce Standardization principles and Maximize the use of standard Oracle BRM application processes capabilities
Effective communication with the IT implementation teams customer internal team partners
Work in a distributed project team across
Strong experience in engaging with Senior Leadership C levels across business and IT
Skills Required
A strong understanding of telecoms IT architecture specifically billing charging architecture Oracle BRM ECE PDC across multiple implementation projects phases
Extensive experience in Integrating Oracle BRM with other BSS applications across Product Management Customer Management Order Management Mediation Payments Collections Financial Reporting systems other applications
Project delivery experience across full lifecycle including business application architecture design implementation testing migration
Strong customer facing domain skills should be able to drive billing charging related workshops with the customer
Strong understanding of telecoms prepaid postpaid convergent billing charging architecture and associated integrations Offline Online Mediation controller OC3C mediation voucher management GL AR taxation integrations
Team leadership combining onsite remote project activities and acting as coach mentor to more junior team members
Strong understanding of Product catalog modelling including rate plan configuration
Experience of industry models standards including TM Forum ODA 3GPP Charging Management specification Diameter protocol etc
Experience of industry standard business processes regional local legal regulatory cultural best practices constraints
In depth knowledge of BRM modules like Account Management Pricing Rating Billing Invoicing and Customer Management
Proficiency using Enterprise Architecture tools and methods to capture business requirements designs test case development use case documentation
Experience working in waterfall Agile Scrum or iterative model projects and flexibility to work in a DevOps environment
Previous technical background including programming scripting skills C C Java python and experience working with RDBMS
Understanding of modern application integration paradigms REST architecture style
Understanding of Cloud Native tools technologies and framework Experience in Oracle BRM Cloud Native will be an added advantage
Certifications Required
Good to have Oracle Billing related certifications
