Hiring For Data Analyst - Team Lead

Professional Qualifications & Skills:

• Business analytics graduate with 2+ years of experience in business data analysis and governance
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders directly
• Exposure to Google environment would be added advantage
• Experience of tools used in statistical analysis and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau and Looker Studio)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and Pivot tables
• Intermediate skills on SQL usage (Should be familiar with JOINS, GROUP BY, Indexing)
• Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be quick learner
• Basic knowledge on scripting languages like Python, Apps Script is a plus

The individual is expected to demonstrate:

• Convert data insights into storytelling for business stakeholders
• Structured thinking, and ability to work under tight timelines
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation capabilities
• Should be able to work under general supervision, with limited review of work needed
• Should provide guidance on data governance, lead data related projects, and contribute to strategic decision making based making based on their expertise in handling and interpreting data
• Quickly learn and develop SME expertise on workflow data analysis tools
• Ready to work in US shift Hrs.
