Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Entity Framework ASP. NET MVC JQuery ADO. NET ASP. NET Core Web API React JS SQL ASP. NET Core Node js and . Net Programming-C#. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the companys growth and success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Entity Framework ASP. NET MVC and ASP. NET Core.

Oversee the implementation of complex web applications using ASP. NET Core Web API and React JS.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices are followed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.

Develop and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code using . Net Programming-C# and Node js.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.

Implement and manage data storage solutions using SQL and ADO. NET.

Utilize JQuery to enhance the functionality and user experience of web applications.

Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.

Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Entity Framework ASP. NET MVC and ASP. NET Core.

Demonstrate expertise in developing web applications using ASP. NET Core Web API and React JS.

Have experience with SQL and ADO. NET for data storage and management.

Show proficiency in . Net Programming-C# and Node js.

Exhibit knowledge of JQuery for enhancing web application functionality.

Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.

Be able to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.

Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Hold a relevant certification in . Net Programming or a related field.

Certifications Required

Knowledge in Angular/ ready to learn Angular
