Sap Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of SAP Software and services as required and directed by SAP Delivery or Project Manager
• Assist with project coordination, planning and management
• Assist with tasks associated with monitoring and controlling the project
• Assist with revenue forecasting of a project
• Work with consultants and project managers to ensure accuracy of project reporting
• Capture project metrics and ensures they are clearly communicated to appropriate SAP or Customer team members
• Establish project plans and metrics work plans schedules resource plans and status reports
• Manages the teams plans activities and monitors progress and ensures all project deliverables are provided using best practices and are of an appropriate quality
• Good interpersonal skills including teamwork facilitation and negotiation must be able to motivate team members in challenging environment.
• Assist in the monitoring and controlling of project activities and deliverables using internal and external tracking tools and assist in weekly status reporting.
• Assist in developing process and templates as well as establishing document control procedures.
• Work with project managers and support projects onsite at customers or remotely.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ Year experience in Project Management
• Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Work as part of a team, build credible relationships with peers and clients
• To be able to analyse, plan, and execute a variety of tasks
• Multi-task, adapt and function effectively in a fast-pace, dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines
• Quickly learn and effectively apply new knowledge
• Take initiative (self-starter), be result oriented and take on leadership role/ responsibilities as needed
• To work to be an excellent communicator
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, team management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, client facing and stakeholder management skills.
