BTP Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Solution Design: Work closely with clients and SAP Practice team to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP BTP solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Platform, data management, analytics, and application development.
• Integration: Seamlessly integrate SAP BTP with SAP S/4HANA (private and public cloud) and other SAP and non-SAP enterprise solutions, ensuring end-to-end processes and data flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BTP with other systems and applications.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure security, compliance, and optimal performance of the SAP BTP environments are well thought through & addressed for the specific client contexts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Enterprise Architecture and SAP Solution Architects, to execute SAP BTP strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee activities related to the BTP Platform and Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP BTP.
• Project Delivery: Lead or participate in full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in information technology or related field of study
• 12+ years of IT experience
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems in a fast-moving, highly critical enterprise application environment.
• Proficiency with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
• Strong understanding of architecture considerations for SAP (cloud, on-premises, hybrid).
• Experience with SAP BTP security and authorization.
• Ability to design new architectural frameworks and influence their execution.
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public cloud architecture and functionality
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude, with excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
