Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning
  • Utilize data and analytics to refine recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes
  • Lead efforts in building a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.)
  • Leverage industry trends and market intelligence to target high-potential candidates.
  • Oversee the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Manage candidate offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR Operations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment objectives
  • Set performance goals for the recruitment team and ensure accountability
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to enhance the team's performance
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide recruitment solutions
  • Maintain regular communication with leadership teams to update them on recruitment progress and hiring trends
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the companys employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging interview process for all candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and recruitment best practices
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews i.e. structured, competency based & behavioural interviews
  • Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Data-driven mind-set with experience in using analytics to drive decisions.
  • Must be willing to work in shifts
  • Prior Experience of Bulk Hiring
