Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads in a high-volume environment using calls,
  emails, and LinkedIn In Mails.
• Representing our brand as the first point of contact to International C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation.
• Innovating lead generation processes by taking part in Sales meetings.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in the BPM/BPO industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPM/BPO services, solutions, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Understanding of sales technologies like Sandler, Spin, Challenger, Strongman.
• Understand and articulate a qualification methodology such as BANT.
