Architecture and Design:

• Design and architect SCCM and Intune solutions for mid and large-scale enterprise environments.
• Develop and document architecture blueprints, best practices, and standards for SCCM and Intune deployment and management.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance current environments and operations.

Implementation and Deployment:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SCCM and Intune environments.
• Develop and implement migration strategies from legacy systems to modern management using Intune.
• Ensure the proper configuration of SCCM for patch management, software distribution, OS deployment, and compliance settings.

Management and Maintenance:

• Manage and optimize SCCM and Intune for patch management, software deployments, compliance policies, and device security.
• Monitor SCCM and Intune infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM and Intune services.

Security and Compliance:

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance of endpoints.
• Implement security measures such as Conditional Access, Endpoint Protection, and other security baselines in Intune.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoint compliance with corporate security policies.

Technical Leadership and Support:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other IT teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SCCM and Intune, offering training and support to team members.
• Lead the response to and resolution of incidents, problems, and changes related to SCCM and Intune services.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to integrate SCCM and Intune solutions with other systems and services.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Document all changes and updates to the SCCM and Intune environment, ensuring proper handover and training.
