Detailed Job Description and responsibilities :

• Design and implement Java-based applications: Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Analyze user requirements: Gather and analyze user requirements to inform application design.
• Develop and test software: Write well-designed, efficient code and conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Integrate applications: Integrate applications with third-party web services.
• Mentor junior developers: Lead and mentor junior team members, reviewing their code to ensure it meets company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Experience Required :

• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Java-based programming.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong coding skills in Java, knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot, and experience with microservices3.
• Problem-solving abilities: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
