JOB DESCRIPTION:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis or similar education and work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years experience delivering Data Engagements using Agile with clearly demonstrable business outcomes
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of the power and value of data with an ability to apply technology solutions to meet business needs and solve problems
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs to improve customer experience, show resilience under pressure and provide best in class solutions
• Delivery-focused, with ability to meet agreed deadlines and delivery high quality output Technical Expectations
• Demonstrable experience of working in a data integration-related role, ETL processes and data warehousing principles
• A strong understanding and experience in key data modelling methodologies, techniques and concepts (dimensional modelling, entity relationship modelling, logical & physical models)

 • Experience with leading BI reporting tool

• Proficient in SQL, ETL framework, MSBI or similar technology. Competencies
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal and comfortable working with senior management; ability to articulate data concepts, problem statements and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Should be able to lead multiple engagements for the client
• Drive the delivery governance activities
• Self-starter demonstrating high energy levels, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Ability to build and maintain advisory relationship with senior managers, gravitas to negotiate and challenge conventional thinking
• Ability to work in fast-paced, pressured environment, proven ability to handle multiple outputs at once
